FORMULA 809™ Neutralizing Solution is safe, and is a non-bleaching formula to lock in the curls.

Directions:
Place cotton strip around client's entire hairline and use a neutralizing bib. Change cotton strip when damp.

Apply Neutralizer generously to each rod, top and bottom for complete saturation.

Place plastic cap over clients head, and allow Neutralizer to process for 5 - 10 minutes only.

Do not remove rods. Rinse rods thoroughly with tepid water and towel blot. Remove rod without stretching hair.
